Hey guys...
There are a number of positions available in the Chad/Sudan relief effort through AirServ International (ASI). FAA certification is preferred, and a south african validation may be required, though the validation would be paid for by ASI.

Other programs are also available.

Captain on the B200 is $2800 per month, with medical coverage. 6 month and 12 month contracts are available.

There are people in these forums who have a bone to pick with ASI... so you might want to do research into their claims before taking either my word or theirs when it comes to ASI's reputation. Personally, they have been good to me. The paycheck arrives on time, the aircraft are maintained good, the passengers are appreciative, and you can pretty well pocket most of the money you get since living expenses are included.

If nothing else, fire the HR department an email and they can tell you more. airserv.org

Not bad only one job pays a bit higher than that is a Manager Trainee at McDonalds.

The SA operator job sounds similar except the package excludes medical but is US$ 6000 per month, alternate months with minimum 3 working months commitment
