Does anyone give some information about this new airline ( recruitment?), a friend of mine has been hired without speaking spanish, is it really possible?

Sorry but this is impossible, the pilots in Gadair are Spanish. And to be in there is very easy
a) To have contacts
b) To have a lot of experience
If you got any of this two you have the chance

Thanks for the answer, so its imposssible to work for this airline if u dont speak spanish , but sorry i didnt understand when you say "and to be there its very easy to have contacts, to have a lot of experience" what do u mean exactly?

Is easy to understand or
a) You know somebody in who talks well about you
b) To have around 4000h flight time with experience as a captain in jet or heavy turboprop.

ok but i forget to mention that it is for a position as cabin crew, not for a pilot . do u work for Gadair? my friend doesnt speak spanish at all but the airlines seems to be very interested by his background .I ask u infos because i would like to apply too

I know that the company was training some TCP who didn’t speak Spanish this is really true. Here you got the e-mail to send them your CV [email protected] .

A no ser que lo haya cambiado, Gadair es un wet lease. Es decir, los pilotos vienen con la compañía que aporta los aviones. Que mas adelante cambie la cosa habrá que ver.

Siento contradecirte pero no. En estos momentos hay unos 42 pilotos con el curso hecho.
Lo que si es cierto es que puede que tengamos un avion en Wet lease al principio pero con TRE-TRI para que nos vayan soltando lo cual es distinto.

Muchas gracias. La verdad que aun no me lo creo después de tantos años en aviación yo ya estaba por pensar que me iba a quedar por siempre en el turboprop, pero cual fue mi sorpresa cuando me llamaron.
Llevó desde el 1992 así que ha sido un camino largo pero yo creo que los tiempos que nos están tocando vivir no son nada fáciles profesionalmente, no solo en nuestro campo si no en todos. Un abrazo a todos
