I have not got a clue who you are all on about.
There is no Scottish Officer, there never was a Scottish officer. Any resemblance to a Scottish Officer was purely co-incidental.

I believe if you make frequent use of the word "allegedly" that helps to avoid any legal entanglements!!! As Mr Hislop can attest to!
