It all depends if you like Africa - I'm not talking of R.S.A. I mean the real black Africa because if you don't better not go there. But, if you do you will enjoy good French food at resonable cost, fantstic Lebanese pastries and as already mentioned some hot local chicks. All spread over 5 Restaurants, 2 Casinos, 2 Patisseries and 4 -5 Clubs and Bars. Or, if you like local delicacies - especially bush meat (to eat) don't forget the local market at KM 12 - thats the barrier at the Bangui district border. Thats your social life.

As far as flying is concerned there's lots of bushflying with either the one and onlys B 58 or the C 208 Caravan but do yourself a favour and make sure you supervise the fuelling and loading of your aircraft in person as your ground staff tends to compromise on both (meaning putt less fuel and more baggage) and still overload your Baron by 200 kg. On a take off like that you will soon relize that in the African heat in the afternoon even 8660 foot runway can disappear very quickly.

If you decide to go there - Good Luck and have fun :ok:
