...Or make it public so the rest of us hopefuls can also take a gander.:ok:

Have you had a date booked for the interview yet, Beech?

Sat 25/03 - some admin and then a technical quiz

Mon 27/03 - ten applicants for screening interview

Tue 28/03 - another ten for screening

those who pass quiz and first interview will then do psycometric evaluation within 14 days.

the less-nutty applicants will then be called back for a final interview

At this stage 12 positions need to be filled - but may increase slightly.

Quiz, etc.

If successful, you write psycho's and get a second interview. This would be with the full panel (if they are all available) and would just be to make sure that you will fit into SAX. There will be a few questions on AWOPS, etc just to get you to say something.

The panel last time around was the Chief Pilot (Capt Frans le Roux), the 2 Fleet Captains (Capts Wally Bachialloni (CRJ) and Manie Geldenhuys (DH8)), an HR person and a SAXPA representative. The management pilots are really nice guys and so far has managed to make excellent decisions, based on the quality of FO's that just joined.

Good luck. It is a really great company to work for.

BTW. One question that you should be prepared for: "How soon can you start?" :D

Edit: I see reptile beat me to it - removed duplicated info.
