I am trying to create a document that has one page in portrait layout and the other as landscape. Is it possible or will I need to create seperate documents?

Not difficult to do. You'll need to insert a break then format the new section the way you want. Can't remember if it will need to be a 'section break' or a 'page break'. I lean towards 'page break' but would need to have M$ Word in front of me to check.
Insert --> Break --> Page break
or similar (from memory)

Tried that, but it just made both pages go to landscape:confused:
End of first page 'insert'/'break'/next page'
Works with Word 2002

Use portrait and landscape orientation in the same document
Select the pages that you want to change to portrait or landscape orientation.
On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Margins tab.
Click Portrait or Landscape.
