Visas and alike for visiting UK and Europe

My girlfriend is American and is coming to visit in June. She has visited before and that was not a problem, but this time we are looking at flying out to Spain for a week whilst she is here, I am just a bit unsure as to how she goes about doing this seeing that she is a foreigner.

I suspect there's no problem, but I'd rather check first instead of having a headache when th day comes. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

As, according to that site, your girlfriend doesn't need a visa for a short visit to Spain, you two will be able to simply jump on a flight and go out there. Just make sure that you both take your passports with you. :)
