hi everyone. does anyone know why ryanairs flight number code is FR. I would just like to know what the association is thanks.

Same reason Monarch is ZB (although it used to be OM) :confused:

It's the abbreviation for a phrase many people use when told their flight has been cancelled, with the 'R' standing for Ryanair. Perhaps :)

At least the first code's letters were in the title.

Didn't MON use both at the same time ? One for scheduled ops and the other for charter ?
