Does Cathay accept pilots with only FAA licences or not?

If so how is the conversion to ICAO then accomplished, in house?

FAA is an ICAO licence as the US is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organisation. CX accepts licences from all around the world, i.e. UK, Can, USA, Aus, NZ, S/Africa and most of Europe to name a few because they are all convertible to HK licences.
