Working in Africa with a FAA license

Hello,

All the other persons on this forum are talking about converting their JAA licenses into the african one(s).

Is it possible to convert a FAA license? And what kind of requirements are there for converting licenses?

Also is it at all possible to get a job in Africa with just 256 hours, of which 26 are multi-engine? :confused:

I'm currently rated with a FAA CPL / ME / IR.

I was until recently working in Africa with a validated FAA ATPL. Africa is a big place with many countries, all of which have their own regs, you have to check it out. Your hours will make it tough, good liuck.
