What are Jetstar Pilots thoughts on pay/eba...

I know it will be hard to get a genuine response (as in will never be able to tell if its a jetstar pilot or management or other), but if possible, I would like to know the thoughts from within the Jetstar pilots body as whole, or individuals response, as to what they think of the deal, and what they think the pilots are likely to vote for.

Rather this not be a slanging match, but just open honest replies.
