Munich Airlines to start from Munich with a L1011-500

Now it's come to this:
Munich Airlines are to start from Munich with a L1011:
According to their schedule, they want to fly MUC-BDA each Friday, and back each Saturday. That gives them Sun-Thu for MRO.
Does anyone here know how real this "project" is?

(Ahm, just to make it clear: I quite like the L1011, but I realise its days are long gone...)

Who cares whether its days are long gone ? Any airline that flies these planes in 2006 gets my vote !

mogget...the L1011 is not a practicle machine, economics wise any more...they are tired and require big fixes when they sit down. Best of luck to them all the same.
