Hallo everyone,
I am just about to leave to England to take the course called Aviation English for teachers. It's at Mayflower College in Plymouth, England. Anyone heard about it? What I've heard so far is a little contradictory..

Can you tell us who is running the course? The world of aviation is that small that somebody will know who is runing the course. What are the course objectives? How long is the course and how much is it? Post with this, and standby for feedback!

I don't know the name of the person who's gonna run the course. I do suppose that it's more than one teacher. I was told they are experienced teachers (none with an aviation background thou) who will present methodology and different ways of generating teaching materials for students of Aviation English courses. The course itself takes 2 weeks and costs GBP500. More at http://www.maycoll.co.uk/aviation-english/courses/teachers.html

How is it with English among pilots from non English speaking countries? What's your experience?
