Just took my 4 yr old W2K desktop out of standby. heard the hard disk start motoring then a clunk, followed by a blue screen with the following 3 lines:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY
There it hung. Did a restart and its working OK. Any ideas? Which bit is about to break?
(O might be 0 ( zero) - couldn't really tell)
