King Rooney, banned!

Just had a look at a couple of posts and noticed that King Rooney has been banned, and is "persona non grata".
Just wondering what is the reason for this?
Although his persistent slating of OAT does get a bit tiring, I and others I know have found his posts both informative, and on occasion highly amusing.

Will the king return?

Yes, he has been banned. The ban was for one week for persisting in his tedious, unwarranted, unsubstantiated attacks on OAT. I have deleted many of the most recent posts, which were becoming annoyingly reminiscent of playground name-calling.

KR's attempt to raise the stakes by posting as 'KR the 2nd' got his ban extended by a week.

This is not a democracy. There is no right of free speech here, nor is there a right of appeal when I choose to remove your posting privileges. Bear that in mind when you post.
