Its been a question i've been puzzled about for a while now,but does anyone know what precisely Equity's motto:"Who will you be?" is supposed to mean?

I have no clue whatsoever about what they're trying to convey with this.
Reminds me of a bunch of kids playing "doctor doctor".Little Johnny says to little Billy :"Who will you be?"...the mind boggles!
