Does anyone have any info on salaries, bases, rosters etc on Asiana? Any facts would be greatly appreciated.

Which A/c ????? 777 about US $10,300, accom provided and allowances, good rostering with days off each month, they are very selective however so it is not a foregone conclusion that if you apply you'll even get an interview. Good Luck

I was just contacted by a crew leasing service about Asiana and a contract as Captain on the A320.
The person I spoke with said the contract was $6000 USD/month, and $2000 USD for per diem etc. I can't say anything about rostering etc, other than there is a $250 USD/month allowance for an "apartment utility fee". I don't if this means gas/electric/phone etc. or if this is to be applied towards rent. The paperwork I have doesn't mention paid living accomodations.
Still thinking about it.

Asiana Package as of February 2006. They use three agencies. PARC, Rishworth, and World Airline Services. Hope this helps.
Commencement Date: Negotiable
Term of Contract: 2 years, renewable
Home Base: Seoul
Qualifications Required:
- 500+ PIC hours on type
-1,000+ flying hours on type
- B767-300, A321-1/200, A330: 5,000+ total time
- B747-400, B777-2/300: 7,000+ total time
- Last flight on type within last 12 months
- Aged under 58 years
Net Monthly Payment:
Pilots will be paid the following on a monthly basis

* All allowances shall be paid by Asiana directly to pilots in Korean Won equivalent to the amount stated above.
** B767 & A321 pilotsshall receive a daily allowance included in the monthly pay. This payment will be for 20 duty days per month. A daily allowance amount of US$50 is payable from the 21st duty day.
Per Diem/ Overseas Allowance: Additional allowance based on Asiana practices
Annual Review: An annual increase of 3.5% of the base salary
Overtime: For each flying hour over 75 hours per month, an additional amount shall be paid being 1/75th of salary per hour
50% of additional/augmented crew time will be credited for flight time and pay purposes.
Monthly Days Off:
- B767, A321: 8 days
- A330: 10 days
- B747-400: 12 days
- B777: 12 days
Annual Leave: Each pilot’s annual leave shall accrue at 2.5 days each month from the 7th month of continuous service
Travel Benefits: 8x round trip tickets on Asiana’s network or 4 home visit tickets per year
Accommodation: Each pilot based in Seoul shall be provided with single bedroom hotel accommodation or equivalent three bedroom apartment, including furniture, appliances and utility allowance, included in monthly pay.
Transport: Asiana Airlines will provide ground transport to and from airports at layover stations other than Home Base.
Tax: Asiana Airlines is responsible for Korean tax. The monthly fees are after Korean tax is paid.
