In case someone knows about this subject, years ago when I ferried through Europe for my company I used to carry a cpy of the company AOC and got the low price on fuel, if you didn't have that paper you had to pay a much more expensive price since you were considered a private flight.
Well not long ago doind the same thing I tried to do the same thing and the fuel guys in the airports around europe would say they don't care about that paper and I was supposed to go to some long distant hidden office in the airport and get some certificate to take with me and at the end of the tryp the company would send all bills and documents to some office in every country you flew through to get the refund of the VAT since they initially charge you as a private flight.
Some members have experience on that, and how you solve the problem??
We move sometimes helicopters through Europe and would like to find a way to save a lot of money on fuel.
Thanks and buen vuelo:hmm:
