Anybody have any info on pay and days off or QOL. They are looking for GIV and B737 instructors. Thanks
About 99,500 U.S total
3 year contract
Ones health insurance cost is about about 3,000 per year and deducted off the 99,500.
Base salary is around 65,000 U.S and the rest is for housing, transportation, etc.
If one buys an apartment instead of renting one, they will then reduce ones housing subsistance by about 15-20%.
3 year Contract does not start until after completion of training for the position one is employed for. Anotherwords if one is in training for an instructor position for 3 months for example, ones 3 year contract only starts upon completion of training.
Basically ones 3 year contract is really 3 and one half years if you add 3 months for training, and the 3 months vacation. Ones month off comes only after every 12 months of employment. Salary is paid one month in arrears.

Thank you very much. Would they renew the contract after 3 yrs.
I would think one could stay as long as one would desire. However if one has had previous simulator experience after a couple of years it becomes a little "old". The other issue is housing is expensive, rentals going up like crazy, and Dubai is one big parking lot with much traffic.
