Anyone know if there are oppurtunities anywhere in Caribbean/ Latin America? I have low hrs (250) have FAA ME CPL IR and same in JAA. Was also thinking of doing a JAA FI, would this open any more doors?

For FAA single pilot IFR ops you will need 1200 TT. British Islands generally will allow 500 TT. Check with the Directorate of Civil Aviation (DCA), Antigua. The difference I think is due to the more involved ATPL exams that are done in UK/Europe at an earlier stage of learning.
