Does anyone know what the Class I medical is like in India. Particular interest in:
1. Vision standards (Uncorrecred vs corrected)
2. Cholesterol
3. Blood Pressure
I recall doing a contract in Indonesia many years ago and going through their DGCA for the medical. They had very "old" vision and other standards. Since I wore classes (20/400 corrected to 20/15) and a prescription of greater than -3.00 dioptres, someone actually rode the jumpseat and I had to identify aircraft registration numbers etc while taxiing out.
