Is there a new livery 747SP flying about? A friend of mine has seen one at Khartoum recently. He swears it was all white - no markings/emblems/flags on the tail. Arabic titles on the front fuselage. Doesn't match up with any livery currently in service.
Quite a few as various UAE govt aircraft. Did any have an extra hump aft of the upper deck?

No sat humps. He also confirms nothing on the tail - ie flags/emblems. I did think it might have been N747FU out of storage in the US. Time will tell as it will probably do the rounds and get snapped by a spotter.
