QR holding pool for DEFO [Archive]

Hi guys, i'd like to know how long after you've been shortlisted and put in the holding pool does it roughly take before one can expect to be called up for an interview.Anybody who's been to the interview lately any infos would be much appreciated,cause apparently i heard that a lot is changing round there.
