The new "B" scale UK contracts for new joiners, or do you think every one is going to have to bend over and say Thank You Very Much Sir!

Could you give details of the new "B" scale UK contracts for new joiners and compare it with the new “standard” contract? I was thinking of applying to NetJets as a UK based pilot. Would this be a good idea?

I suppose it would be the new contract that UK based pilots are to be offered at the indoc this spring
