do anyone have any websites on what the company is offering for housing.

Housing can be from very good to poor, mainly due to location. Noise is a problem in Dubai, due to construction, traffic, etc.
You cant predict what you are going to get. If you are assigned a "poor" housing, it is an uphill battle to have it changed.
