You could try contacting Anne(The Weakest Link). .Robinson, apparently she is a mine of information where Wales and the Welsh are concerned!!!!!!

Beware of the sheep; as they say, Wales is where men are men, and sheep are frightened.... . .. .If you are in the north, you could hire a '22 out of Caernarfon and fly through the valleys in Snowdonia. Now that's a lot of fun.. .. .R

Wales is not exactly the epicentre of helicopter activity and not quite like California..........................however. .. .Visit the Helicopter Museum at Weston Super Mare just to the South. .Bring your wet weather gear. .There is a nice aviation useum at RAF Cosford to the North of Birmingham

Well, normally I'd say you can meet me, as I live in Wales. But I'm flying to California on April 10th!. .. .Are you going to be based in North or South Wales? Travel between the two by road quite slow - lots of nice scenery but no fast roads. And do you want to go flying, or generally sightseeing, or walking in the mountains, or what? Give me some idea, and I'll think of something.

Thanks for the good ideas so far,. .. .I'll drop by Tiger helos and the museum at super mare.. .. .We'll be in south wales and the trip doesn't have any flying built into it yet, mostly hiking and touring.. .. .I'd also like to go by the Westland factory if it's possible.. .. .POC is for point of contact, not knowing anyone over there yet it would be a help.. .. .And I currently work as an EMS pilot in california flying Bell 222UTs and 412s. Worked previously as a test pilot for ADTA-Dyncorp and Gruppo Agusta. (amongst other strange things like logging for Columbia).. .. .Wet weather gear? Wales??
