Newly elected Bolivian leader Evo Morales has been undertaking a world to meet like minded political leaders around the world during recent weeks. His stops have included Cuba, Spain, France, Belgium, South Africa and China. My question is: does anyone know if he has chartered a plane to fly him to these destinations, or has he just been a "normal" pax??

Cheers

When he came to Brazil he flew in on a Cuban aircraft "loaned" by the government. He went back to Bolivia in a Brazilian government jet, at Brazil's expense. He also "borrowed" an aircraft from Venezuela for his visit there, but he hasn't yet taken office, so he isn't the officially the President yet. He was just getting a little help from his left-leaning pals in the region.

What he will do when he takes office, I have no idea.
