Donating Aircraft to Sudan?

According to SA Air Force news, we are going to donate 3 Aircraft to Sudan.

That does not make any sense. We are battling with 70yr old Daks to protect 4000nm of coastline and no replacement in sight, and now we can afford to donate some to Sudan. Talk of donating a Falcon 50.

A falcon 50, you must be shi@@ing me! I watched the Sudanese trying to refuel their Falcon(900 or 50 not sure) in Abeche-Chad one day, no even the capt knew how the pressure fueling system worked, one of the french military guys had to help them out!
