Last summer I posted my unfortunate experience with Gulf Air to Bangkok (poor service on way out/ 12 hour delay on return result cancellation of planned stopover in Muscat and arrival Frankfurt 1 day early -not allowed on Luxair flight to Luxembourg although we had tickets. Had to take a taxi instead.)
I wrote to Luxair and to Gulf Air in August. I have just received a very fulsome apology from Gulf Air and the very generous offer of €200 compensation per passenger (4 of us).
Hats off to Gulf Air I say!:D
