I'm not a helicopter pilot, but it looks to me like a tail rotor strike on a very sporty touchdown that caused increasing body rotation. Is it a French Puma?

Can`t see enough at begining of video but does he catch his tail rotor on first touch down or maybe a failure of the gearing to tail rotor which would have the same effect

From the glimpses you get as it spins around, the tail rotor looks pretty much intact, perhaps loss of tail rotor effectiveness?
This is a French Army SA330 and I believe that this crash happened a few years back.
