I apologize in advance if this is not in the right place.

Am I right in thinking that it is more cost efficient to book Easy/Ryan tickets at anti-social times? Any info gratefully accepted (ex Truckie GDL)

Pretty much so. They operate on a supply/demand principle. If there is a demand for cheap flights, they'll supply less of them :D

So book early, try different dates (mid week etc) and you can find cheapies. Probably a question of http://www.pprune.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=61 or http://www.pprune.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=85 though :)

I booked some Easyjet tickets at 4 this afternoon, hardly an anti-social time, and I got them very cheap.

What I meant was do I look for tickets in the middle of the night.

Thanks for the interest.

worked for me on jet2 last year - LBA-NCE looking like around £100 per person return all day, came back from pub and ended up booking around 1230am and paid only £15 each! :ok: plus taxes etc...
