I believe that these proposals have gone up in the last couple of days.

No, it's the detailed contents of a proposed new CPL and ATPL (A/H) groundschool syllabus.

Cant get it to work either ! No doubt its even more onerous though!

Still no mention of a CPL to ATPL theory upgrade then ??
