Anyone out there got a flight test or more for the Qantas cadetship QC1 or QC2?

Something I have always wondered about the Q cadetship placement program they have been doing in the last few years.... can anyone tell me, where do these people build up enough command time to obtain an ATPL and eventually sit in a drivers seat in mainline qantas?
