Slip-up from SACAA (again!!!). No DE certificates have been issued for 2006. Since the current DE ratings all lapse on 31/12/2005, SA will have no DE's on 01/01/2006.
This small oversight is bound to cause some inconvenience to those planning on doing a test early in January!

Does not seem correct. Know of one DE who has his renewal already, valid 1/1/06 - 2008. See www.avcom.co.za
