Isles Of Scilly Skybus Interview

Does anyone have any useful information about the Isles Of Scilly skybus interview? I have an interview with them this Thursday and I have already studied routes, bases, aircraft, company history but I'm just after the type of questions that might come up.

Any useful info would be much appreciated as I'm trying to get my first pilots job since qualifying a year and a half ago.
