Does anyone have experience flying for PAS good or bad they can pass along?

From what I have heard and despite what some would say, PAS are as good as anyone and better than most within the industry.

I Have a lot of mates that fly for PAS, they all seem to enjoy it, though I believe the money could be better.

I don't fly for PAS or ever have done. However, I can say that I have found them to be a far friendlier bunch than their main competitors who I have worked for in the past.
