The trainees at the Atco College of Knowledge in Bournemouth need to be trained to recognise a number of aircraft. Anyone know of a good program or website to use other than Eurocontrol?

mats3 - stick 'aircraft recognition' in Google. One promising candidate is at 'airliners'.

I used to have a deck of playing cards from WW2 with various aircraft on them, so people could learn to tell friend from foe while passing the time...

The card deck was lost in time, alas.

I tried the quizz at airliners and only got one wrong! Some of those pics are pure guess work though.
