Cathay Cadet Pilot Program (urgent)

I m interested in applying for the cadet pilot program but I want to know more detail information before I applied. Does anyone know or have the cathay cadet pilot program course schedule and detail information about all the courses for the whole cadet pilot program ? Please reply asap if anyone knows about this. For starters, you have to be a HK citizen, if I remember right...
