....heard the pay is quite good....but the whole month trial business, well apparently variety is the spice of life , not sure what the turn over is like but I wouldn't quit a current job even if offered the test period/month...

Pay and conditions are excellent but they are still doing trial flights a year and a half later, only do the months trial flight if you are out of a job or can take a months leave as I can guarantee you, there is not much chance of getting the job, he likes to see the different faces each month. I was offered a trial flight earlier in the year but couldnt make it and my friend has one early next year. He does have 3 permanent cabin crew, 2 of which have been there for years and are very happy, if you can get in take it but dont get your hopes up if you are successful at getting the trial flight, enjoy the month and expect never to return at the end of it.
