SIA 777/A345 hourly allowance

On SIA's website it states captains will get S$55-S$220 per hour of flying pay on top of the monthly salary.

Do you start off at the low end and work your way up, if so, what time to the top end?

What is the average monthly hours on both fleets?

very simple...up to 70 hours 55.-SGD...from 70 to 85 hours 1,5*55.-SGD...and above 85 hours 4*55.-SGD=220.-SGD:D
