Any news on aer arann recrutiment in the new year? Has anyone any idea of expansion of future plans. Am finishing my training soon and would appreciate any news.

You dont have to have a type rating, it does help though. They will also take you on and provide the TR at a recently increased cost of 25'000.
I believe there will continue to be continual hiring due to pilots leaving and future RUMOURED expansion.
My advice- send CV wait for a reply. If its not positive and you are keen to work for them- do type rating apply again and I would be surprised if there was no joy.
