Why would DOTARS ease up?

They have put in place controls that the public took lying down.

Because it was so easy to put what is in place now the only way to go is up. More power and more control makes for more secure public servants and security industry staff.

More control and more power for a newly renamed and merged government department - DOTARS will ride the terrizm wave for every cent and every milimeter of qdos it can. The security industry will support them.

I remember a time when the security industry was going broke.........
