24 hrs on shift 1hr off 364 days on shift 1 day off. Good airline if you have nothing better to do. Oh and the pay, well you will not need any because you will not have time to spend it.
Sorry for being so negative, but a lousy government run airline.

hey thanks for the replies...
actually wanted to know the official or shud i say... what the terms n condi shud be
... time off? avg pay? etc...

or can anyone tell me.. what the scene with in other airlines... better or same as air india... just read today they get 48 hrs max... after a 10 day slip... is it the same else where?

and what about the pay elsewhere does it cross 1000 usd???

wud appreciate the help:)

Hang on....Do I understand you right? After a 10day trip they only get 2 days off???? Why are you asking for more info or are you after some humourous reading material?

Could be worse,Willie Walsh may become CEO when he's finished his 'cull' at BA.

Labour is becoming so cheap in the UK, Air India may want to set up a call centre here!!:p .
