There are lots of reasons why this cracking can occur and the reasons why post flight inspections/pre flight inspections/pilots reporting RPM overspeeds/exact and proper history of spare parts/blades not tied down during high gusting winds when parked/manufacturing quality control. The list can go on and on. These things happen and all must be aware of blade unservicabilities.
