Flight International Magazine's web site has a job posting for 76,212,355 pilots for Africa. The requirements 4000 hours 2500 multi engine and an ICAO ATP.

Anybody know where in Africa and for what company.

Can't say for sure, but I suspect if you looked for somewhere bordered by Cameroun, Chad, Niger and Benin you would be in the right ball park. As far as I know, only one company operates all three of the types mentioned there.

Beware!
Not too much money being paid there for helicopter pilots, compared to the expat oil people you'll have to work with.
Ask for big bucks!

Car-jacking may be big in South Africa, but this place has heli-jacking.

seems an awful amount of experience...if you're just going to get 'heli-jacked'

Capt Tracy, is correct about the pay, but perhaps a little misleading. How many other areas of the world are there where rotary pilots earn similar amounts to the expat workers they fly or work with? Particularly given the nature of most places oil is found. Even in the UK the standing joke was that the only people earning less than the cleaners on the platforms were the pilots (exageration I'm sure, but oft quoted).

As for the helijacking, things have quietened down somewhat since 1999, for now anyway.

Come on down...."you are welcome"
