A 10-year-old British boy was killed last Friday in a parasailing accident off Jumeirah. Local police said he crashed into the minaret of a mosque and died instantly after his parachute got detached from the boat pulling him.
On the surface, sounds like a tragic accident. However, since reports suggest that it was quite windy that day, was it wise to allow such a lightweight to participate?
