I just learned that Private Pilot magazine has ceased publication. The main reason I kept a loyal subscription was because of this guy, who put out an excellent column. As a matter of fact it was his website that led me to PPRUNE.
They'd occasionally let him stray to rotorwing subjects and I learned a little from him. Ode to Tropical Ed and his column. Or maybe just his column.
