Don't know if this helps:

"KLIA has been designed as a four-runway airport. Currently, it has 2 full service runways, each is 4 kilometres long and 60 metres wide. The operation of 2 runways with parallel approaches and departures enable this airport to handle more than 72 flights per hour."

Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpar, Hong Kong, Taipei. Not sure about Narita, it was always on the cards.

You can add Bangkok to the list also - at least when the Royals or the Thai Cabinet aren't horsing around in the airspace. :ok:

KLIA is supposed to have the capability of simutaneous parallel departures too, but I've only seen it happen on one day in the last six months in spite of a NOTAM advising SIMOPS will be trialled on a workload permitting basis....hmmm....what workload?

As a matter of interest are any of these airports mentioned operating PRM/SOIA approach procedures?

No, normal ILS approaches are flown and briefed by pilots as most of the time it is segregated parallel operations that you vectored to by ATC. Can confirm this for most of the mentioned airfields above.
