Can anyone tell me about Kenya Airways pilot recruitment! Thanks would gladly appreciate lots of detail.

What exactly do you want to know about it?

Briefly, once your application is in and you get "the call" then you go through:-

1) A panel interview
2) An aptitude test at the KAF
3) A psychometric analysis
4) A comprehensive medical exam
5) A flight test.

This is all assuming that you meet the minimum reqs. to get in namely:-

Kenyan Citizen
Kenyan CPL holder with a Multi-IR
Minimum average grade C in high school (this always changes)
Min age requirements also keep changing.
Type ratings can help but you still join on the bottom rung of the seniority ladder.

what if Iam KENYAN citizen but attended high school in canada. PM THE DOZE

The key is that you're a Kenyan Citizen. Where you went to high school doesn't really matter.

Interviews started two weeks ago Friday, aptitude tests were last week and psychometric analysis is today.
