QR cabin crew NOT living in company accommodation

I’ve read many posts about strict rules for Qatar Airways cabin crew living in company housing (curfew, inspections, etc) but how is it for the CC not living there, but living with their spouses/parents..? Anyone with any thoughts or experience?

Also do they have the transport to and from work arranged by company or have to manage themselves?

No idea how it is now, but I lived in my own place and had no probs whatsoever. Enjoyed the freedom, plus I used to take a cab to work so no one from the company knew where I lived. Best thing to do is keep away from QR Accom.
